Bring to a boil in a large saucepan the following:

1 cup white sugar

1 cup Karo light corn syrup

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

Remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add 6 cups of Rice Krispies. (Or keep in the saucepan if it’s large enough to save yourself from washing another dish). Put in a greased 9in x 13in pan.

Melt one 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips and one 12 oz package of butterscotch chips in a bowl in the microwave, stopping often to stir. Spread on top of Rice Krispies mixture. Chill 10-15 minutes, or however long you can wait.

Note: This recipe is easily halved. Use an 8in x 8in greased pan instead.
